You may use each individual template on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again for another or other projects.
In case of purchasing a template at a Buyout price, you are guaranteed to be the last person to buy this template. The template is permanently removed from the directory and is never available to other customers again. You get full owner rights and can redistribute and resell the template.
You are allowed to make changes and modifications in the templates to fit your needs.
We have no liability for and make no warranty for our products. Our products are provided “as is”. Cmsbased.net has no obligation to monitor, control or vet the content or data appearing on the website or any of its products. As such, your use of the website and the products is at your own discretion and risk.
Cmsbased.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and we do not issue refunds. If a product is found apart from its description, a refund claim can be made which will be toughly reviewed by us and our decision will be final and binding. If agreement cannot be reached regarding your exceptional circumstance, in this case a refund will be provided.
Prices of all products, including but not limited to annual subscription addon fees, are subject to change with or without a notice. We reserve the rights to change or modify current Terms of Service without a notice.
Product files included in the package download will be delivered through our hosting server. Our chosen delivery method is subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to decide about how to deliver.
Cmsbased.net reserves the right to make modifications to these Terms of Service at any time. Revised versions will be posted to this Website. Unless otherwise specified, any modification will take effect the day it is posted to this Website. If you do not agree with the revised Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to discontinue your use of the Website and/or the products.
